Martin O'Neill has struck the perfect blend of levity and serious work to get Celtic firing again.

The 73-year-old has not lost any of his quick wit when speaking with the media and defender Liam Scales has revealed it is the same behind the scenes too.

But he also knows what he is doing and has worked hard, particularly on the defensive side, to turn the form around.
