The Peoria Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Jose Rocha-Fraire.

The 66-year-old, who is considered endangered, was last seen about 5:25 p.m. Nov. 28 near 78th Lane and W. Jomax Road.

He is 5-foot-5, about 140 pounds with black/gray hiar and brown eyes and last seen wearing a black shirt and dark gray sweatpants.

He suffers from a medical condition that may cause disorientation, police said. He is believed to be on foot and is only known to frequent the immediate neighborhood.

Anyone who sees Jose or has information about Rocha-Fraire's whereabouts is urged to contact the Peoria Police Department at 623-773-8311
