The Washington State Department of Health recently took disciplinary actions or has withdrawn charges against these Clark County providers.

In September 2025, the Department of Health charged naturopathic physician Lam Luong Le with unprofessional conduct. In November 2022, the Oregon Board of Naturopathic Medicine indefinitely suspended Le’s credential to practice in Oregon for sexual misconduct against a patient.

In October 2025, the Department of Health and Wendy Amelia Kurinzi entered an agreed order indefinitely suspending Kurinzi’s registered nursing assistant credential. In July 2024, the Department of Social and Health Services determined Kurinzi abused a vulnerable adult and placed her on its long-term care abuse and neglect registry.
