The Boston Red Sox made big moves to bolster their roster last season, but it wasn't enough to win their division or get to the World Series. This offseason, the Red Sox are seemingly prepared to make more big moves.
They've already added St. Louis Cardinals pitcher Sonny Gray in a big trade this winter. But this move is likely just the first of many for Boston.
Jon Heyman of the New York Post recently reported the Red Sox were targeting Philadelphia Phillies star JT Realmuto in free agency this winter. Realmuto is projected to sign a solid $34 million deal , per The Athletic's Jim Bowden.
