In total, nine residential real estate sales were recorded in the area during the past week, with an average price of $788,111. The average price per square foot was $376.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Nov. 17 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

A 1,773-square-foot single-family home at 260 Sherman Ave. in Teaneck, has been sold. The total purchase price was $605,000, $341 per square foot. The house was built in 1925. The deal was finalized on Oct. 29.
