In a Reddit post, the woman explained that she opted to skip the event as she didn't want to spend the holiday around his sister after learning she had been saying mean things about her.
"I decided since I’m about 5 months pregnant and have pretty severe morning sickness that I refuse to travel 15 hours away to be somewhere I’m not wanted, it just seems ridiculous,"
