A 14-year-old boy has been arrested on suspicion of aggravated burglary at a Teesside home.
Police were called shortly after 9pm on Friday (November 28) after three boys were reported to have been at a property on Edmondbyers Road, Stockton, armed with knives and causing damage, including smashing windows.
Armed officers were deployed to the scene, and a boy, 14, was arrested on suspicion of aggravated burglary. He remains in custody for questioning at this time.
High-visibility patrols were carried out in the area by armed officers and local officers. Enquiries are ongoing to identify and detain those involved.
