ANN ARBOR, Mich. — If Ohio State football loses at Michigan on Saturday, former Buckeye coach Urban Meyer will be contributing to the Wolverines’ name, image and likeness fund.
During Saturday’s airing of FOX Big Noon Kickoff, Meyer and Barstool Sports founder Dave Portnoy detailed a friendly wager they’ve placed on The Game.
If Michigan beats Ohio State, Meyer will donate $1,000 toward UM’s NIL. If Ohio State beats Michigan, Portnoy — a Michigan fan — will do the same for Ohio State.
“We’re going to get an Urban Meyer check made out to the University of Michigan football program,” Portnoy said. “He’s going to help us keep beating them.”
