It’s been quite a week for Ole Miss coach Lane Kiffin and it figures to get even more interesting on Saturday.

That’s when Kiffin said he will announce his future plans: basically either to remain at Ole Miss through the College Football Playoff and beyond, or to accept a reported 7-year, $98 million offer to take over at LSU.

In the leadup to No. 7 Ole Miss’ 38-19 victory over Mississippi State in the Egg Bowl on Friday, one Ole Miss writer referred to Kiffin, 50, as a “hoe.”

Kiffin, 50, then confronted the reporter, Ben Garrett of On3, as he walked off the field after the game, and the two met again in the post-game press conference.
