The city of Chino Hills invites residents and local groups to register to participate in the 33rd annual Chino Hills Boat Parade, to be held the evening of Dec. 12.

Decorated boats and non-boat entries such as bands, equestrians and specialty vehicles are welcome to participate, according to a news release.

The Boat Parade will begin at 7 p.m. at City Center Drive and Shoppes Drive, travel south on City Center Drive and south on Peyton Drive, then turn around at Eucalyptus Drive before heading back north on Peyton Drive.

The application to participate is available at chinohills.org/BoatParade , and registration packets may also be picked up at the Chino Hills Community Center, 14250 Peyton Drive, and in the City Hall recreation office, at 14000 City Center Drive.
