Singer Jessie J has opened up on how she manages to remain positive after undergoing a mastectomy following her breast cancer diagnosis

Singer Jessie J is certainly no stranger to health woes since childhood. But when she was recently diagnosed with breast cancer her seemingly perfect life looked as though it was falling apart.

She had just embarked on new romance with a man she now considers to be the love of her life and she had also become a mother , which was something she had wanted to experience for many years.

And while a cancer diagnosis and mastectomy would have left most crumbling into pieces, Jessie J's positive attitude is remarkable.
