BLOOMINGTON – People and Animal Services, Inc. (PALS) is breaking ground on a 30,000-square-foot state-of-the-art barn and arena on Wednesday, December 3 at 1:00 p.m. at 7644 West Elwren Road in Bloomington.
PALS was damaged by the EF2 tornado that hit Bloomington on May 16, 2025. Since then, the nonprofit organization has replaced its hay barn, rebuilt run-in shelters, reconstructed fencing around the property, and, perhaps the most significant accomplishment, continued serving riders, veterans, and families.
Construction on the new barn will begin in December.
Please join us as we celebrate an exciting new chapter for PALS with a special Groundbreaking Ceremony.
