An Emmerdale star has updated fans to reveal he has successfully undergone surgery for a health issue. Dean Andrews is best known for playing Will Taylor on the ITV soap - a role he held from 2019 until the character was killed off in December last year.

Having been off screens for almost a year, the actor has seemingly been using his time to take care of his health. On Friday, he took to social media to reveal he had undergone surgery on his eyes.
