The Mesa Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating 16-year-old Giovanna Mangione-Capilla who is missing and was last seen around 5 a.m. Nov. 26 in the area of Signal Butte and Warner.

She was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and gray sweatpants.

Mangione-Capilla is a Hispanic female with brown hair, brown eyes, standing 5 feet tall and weighing 150 pounds.
