Ole Miss football coach Lane Kiffin , who is expected to make a decision Saturday on whether he will take the LSU job or stick with the Rebels, told ESPN’s Marty Smith that he expects to meet with the school’s athletic director, Keith Carter, Saturday afternoon.
Kiffin told Smith that he planned to do yoga with his family Saturday morning before returning to the Ole Miss football facility to prepare for the possibility of playing Georgia next week in the SEC championship game. Ole Miss, which is 11-1 overall and 7-1 in the Southeastern Conference, can earn a spot in the SEC title contest if Auburn upsets Alabama at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday in the Iron Bowl.
Prior to his meeting with Carter, Kiffin plans to have discussions with some of his mentors, Smith reported on ESPN’s College GameDay
