A Glasgow artist has shared the inspiration behind her most recent artwork following a solo exhibition in the west end of the city. Hannah Christina's recent showcase, unspoken., was inspired by moments she "never had the words for".
Hannah, from Glasgow, lost her dad to cancer while she was in her twenties, and tragically lost her mum to suicide just 15 months later. Now, the 30-year-old has channelled "everything" into her artwork, allowing her to process emotions in a way that feels "true" to her.
Speaking to Glasgow Live , she said: "In terms of the emotional core of the show, unspoken. was created from the moments I never had the words for… grief, healing, becoming, breaking, rebuilding. It’s about the quiet internal worlds we carry, the memories that sit beneath the surface,
