Follow the social media about the football team at Texas San Antonio and you'll start believing the Roadrunners are invincible in their home, the 64,000-seat Alamodome.

True, the Roadrunners have never lost an American Conference contest at the Alamodome since joining the league in 2023 and are 23-3 there since 2020. However, two of those setbacks came against Army, in 2020 and 2023, when the Black Knights were an independent school.

In fact, Army has beaten UTSA in four of five meetings since their first encounter in 2019, including a 29-24 win at Michie Stadium last season. But Army head coach Jeff Monken is never going to say his team "owns" the Roadrunners and opposing coach Jeff Traylor.
