Police investigating last month's terrorist attack at Heaton Park synagogue have made another arrest this week, with counter terror police making a move at Manchester Airport on Thursday (November 27) to detain a seventh individual as part of their ongoing investigation.
A 31-year-old man was taken into custody on suspicion of commission, preparation and instigation of acts of terrorism after arriving on an inbound flight. Greater Manchester Police has now confirmed that the suspect will remain in custody for up to seven days.
