Bob Jones, who says he used to work as a police officer, is speaking to the ECHO in Liscard town centre, where there has been a recent crack down by Merseyside Police and Wirral Council on antisocial behaviour. This has been a recurring issue in the town in recent years, with the area even being described as the Wild West at night.
