More than 40 people fled their flats and emergency crews were called after a residential block in Swansea flooded. Residents said water "gushed" through the 12 storey building.
South Wales Fire and Rescue Service said the flood was caused by a burst pipe on the ninth floor of Strand Court in the city centre.
A number of disabled residents, including some in wheelchairs, live in the housing association run block. Some had to be helped out by neighbours after water started pouring through at about 3.30pm on Saturday, November 29.
