Nova Scotia shelter in place lifted as police arrest suspect

HALIFAX - RCMP in Nova Scotia have arrested a man who was the subject of a shelter in place order in the Enfield area.

Police had issued an emergency alert, warning residents of an armed and dangerous man Saturday morning.
