The area saw a total of 17 residential real estate sales during the past week, averaging $1.6 million, or $302 per square foot.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Nov. 17 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

The single-family home at 12 Baker Street in Wayne has new owners. The price was $825,000. The house was built in 1968 and has a living area of 2,479 square feet. The price per square foot was $333. The deal was finalized on Oct. 21.
