CINCINNATI —

Cincinnati police are investigating a shooting that took place in Avondale Saturday morning.

According to officers, the shooting took place at the 800 block of Blair Avenue just before 11 a.m. Advertisement

A victim was found at the scene with a gunshot wound and rushed to the hospital by first responders.

The victim is currently listed as being in stable condition, and is believed to have non-life-threatening injuries.

Police say they currently have no suspect description to share, with the investigation by officers still ongoing.

It remains unknown what led up to the shooting.
