A house in Stockbridge that sold for $310,000 tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Madison County in the past week.

The county saw a total of six residential real estate sales during the past week, averaging $179,833, or $112 per square foot.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Nov. 22 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

6. $110K, single-family residence at 5671 Middle Road

A 1,884-square-foot single-family house at 5671 Middle Road in Stockbridge has been sold. The price was $110,000, $58 per square foot. The house was built in 1870. The house features 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The deal was finalized on Nov. 4.
