Strictly Come Dancing’s Balvinder Sopal took aim at the judges after her latest performance on Saturday night.

The EastEnders actress made a quick-witted dig at her track record in the show’s dance-off - which she has faced four times so far in the competition.

She has been saved by the judges each time, but referenced her frequent bottom two placement after Anton du Beke offered his critique on her jive with partner Julian Caillon.

Anton told her: “When you don’t commit to one leg or the other, you get between the feet and you get on the wrong foot...it was a good dance going well, until it didn't."
