ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- Michigan unleashed the wrath of Ryan Day and Ohio State on college football, and a 27-9 win proved it.
The win isn’t a year-long build-up of a team that spent every day waiting until it finally got a chance to end a four-game losing streak.
This is the result of a warship made possible by an embarrassing 13-10 loss 365 days ago in Columbus that birthed a new version of Day. A version that finally stopped overthinking everything and completely leaned into the identity necessary to take the Buckeyes to a level those before him never reached.
“We’re all a sum of our experiences, and you learn from things, and you grow from things,” Day said earlier in the week. “You just try to do everything you can to put your guys in a position to be successful, and that’s it.”
