The Bills have made some changes to get their roster ready for Sunday's game in Pittsburgh.

Buffalo has activated offensive lineman Tylan Grable from Injured Reserve. Grable has been on IR since August due to a concussion. The OL played in four games and made one start during his rookie season in 2024. He was drafted by the Bills in the sixth round of the 2024 NFL Draft.

The Bills have also elevated tight end Keleki Latu and linebacker Baylon Spector from the practice squad.

Latu played in his first NFL game against the Texans in Week 12. Spector has played in one game for the Bills this season. In 2024, the linebacker played in 11 games and started in four.
