The freshman running back was carted off the field on a stretcher. As soon as the moment went viral, fans reacted to the incident, pouring prayers and love to the freshman RB.

Caden Knighten took a hard shot at the back on a tackle late in the third quarter by Houston’s DB Kentrell Webb and remained face down on the ground, without getting up. The play was stopped for a moment, and a dozen trainers and medical personnel attended to Knighten on the field.
