DAYTONA, Fla. - Boston College women’s basketball suffered an 82-77 loss to Murray State in game two of the Daytona Classic on Saturday afternoon in the Ocean City Center.
The Eagles drop to 4-6 on the season, while the Racers improve to 5-2.
Teionni McDaniel led four players in double figures with 18 points while grabbing five boards with four assists. Athena Tomlinson netted 12 points, five assists, and three rebounds.
Ava McGee registered a career-high 11 points and eight off the glass, while Amirah Anderson rounded out the leading scorers with 11. Kayla Rolph led the team with seven boards and seven points.
