Orioles' compensation for Ryan Helsley's two-year deal revealed by insider

The Baltimore Orioles have made a couple of moves this offseason, with their trade for Taylor Ward being the most stunning move thus far. But they've also made a couple of bullpen additions, which are just as important.

According to ESPN insider Jeff Passan , the Orioles are signing former St. Louis Cardinals and New York Mets closer Ryan Helsley to a two-year deal.

Initially, the compensation wasn't known. But, according to Katie Woo of The Athletic , Helsley's contract with Baltimore isn't a cheap one, as he's set to make well over $10 million per season.
