ASHBURN, Va. — Terry McLaurin has done nothing but prove his value on the field this season for the Washington Commanders.
His 15.6 yards per reception for the Commanders this season is second-highest in his career. His 61.9 percent success rate is the best in his career, and he’s in the midst of his fifth season with a 60 percent or better catch percentage and fourth averaging over nine yards per target.
Unfortunately, he’s also having his worst NFL season healthwise, and because of it has only been able to play in four games for Washington this season. If he can’t play all six games left on the schedule, he’ll fall short of double-digit appearances for the first time in his storied career.
