(WAND) — I-57 South is currently being diverted near Arcola due to two semi trucks blocking the road.

According to Illinois State Police, two separate jackknifed semis are blocking I-57 South at Milepost 196 and Milepost 187. All lanes are blocked, and traffic is being diverted at Exit 203.

ISP said there are several other weather related calls, and drivers are asked to avoid the area and only consider traveling if absolutely necessary until roadways are clear.
