Daniel Jacobsen did not miss from the field, making all eight of his attempts on his way to scoring a career-high 24 points in top-ranked Purdue's 109-62 win over Eastern Illinois on Friday afternoon in West Lafayette, Ind.
Jacobsen also grabbed nine rebounds and blocked six shots during his 18-minute stint off the bench for the Boilermakers (7-0), who used a balanced attack to dominate their final game before their Big Ten opener.
Fletcher Loyer finished with 15 points, making all four of his attempts from 3-point range, and Trey Kaufman-Renn chipped in 14 as the Boilers shot 63.1% from the field and 11 of 23 from 3-point range.
