Q My father just gave my husband some tie jewelry. Looking online, I gather these are called tie bars and tie clips. I remember Dad wearing them when I was young. Now that he's retired, and since my husband wears ties to work, he thought he'd want them. The problem is we don't know whether they're completely out of style and if not, when, where and how to wear them.
