CLEVELAND, Ohio - Strong winds and changing precipitation patterns will affect Cleveland and northern Ohio throughout Sunday as a low pressure system moves across the Great Lakes, bringing wind gusts up to 45 mph and potential lake-effect snow later tonight.

As a cold front pushing through the region this morning temperatures will rise briefly before falling later today. Wind gusts of 40 to 45 mph are expected across North and Northwest Ohio through early afternoon, with isolated gusts possibly reaching 50 mph. The National Weather Service has not issued a Wind Advisory but notes the potential for strong gusts.
