Valencia announced the departure of Ethan Happ on Monday.

The 29-year-old forward/center is now a free agent, following a long spell on the injury list due to a foot injury.

“American center with North Macedonia passport Ethan Happ (2.08m, Milan (Illinois), 05/07/1996, 29 years old) has parted ways with Valencia Basket following the termination of the contract that linked both sides until June 30, 2026.

The player joined our team from Dreamland Gran Canaria in the summer of 2024 and was only able to take part in ten games between the Liga Endesa and the BKT EuroCup wearing the orange jersey until the end of October 2024. From that moment on, he has been sidelined due to a foot injury, and the final phase of his recovery took place away from Valencia, where he has not returned.
