Seven new measles cases and a possible public exposure at the Spartanburg Costco were reported by the state Department of Public Health as of Nov. 28.
The new cases brought the Upstate outbreak total to 62, and the total statewide to 65 this year.
DPH is also notifying the public of a possible exposure at the Spartanburg Costco, 211 W. Blackstock Road, on Nov. 18 between 9:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. DPH cautioned anyone who was at the store on that date and who does not have immunity to measles from vaccination or a previous infection to monitor for symptoms through Dec. 9.
