BERNALILLO, N.M. —
Early voting for the 2025 city of Albuquerque Runoff Election kicks off Monday, Dec. 1, at 17 locations across the city.
The runoff covers the mayoral race and City Council Districts 1 and 3, after no candidate in these contests received more than 50% of the vote in the Regular Local Election.
Clerk Michelle S. Kavanaugh urges voters to make a plan, confirm their eligibility, and choose the voting option and location that fits their schedule.
Early voting runs from Monday through Saturday, with polls open daily from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., and same-day registration is available at all locations.
Election Day is Tuesday, Dec. 9, with 50 polling sites citywide, fewer than the 74 used in November, open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Voters may confirm eligibility at NMVote.org ,
