The city’s water fowl regulations and tax incentive deal with Hobby Lobby are both heading back to City Council during its Dec. 2 meeting, with both previously discussed items listed on the agenda - along with a proposal on the consent agenda that would reduce fees for a host of services.

Discussion regarding changes to Kingman’s waterfowl regulations have been on the forefront of conversation since the Council’s July 15 meeting, when residents involved in 4-H and raising livestock brought forth the idea of loosening Kingman’s fowl restrictions.
