Ontario Provincial Police are asking for the public’s help tracking down a pickup truck after a ceramic coffee mug was thrown at a vehicle driving along a rural road near Stratford.

Police say it was about 9 a.m. on Friday when a commercial motor vehicle was struck with the mug that was thrown from another vehicle that was heading east on Perth Line 20, which runs through a rural area west of Stratford.

Police are asking the public’s assistance with identifying a vehicle sought in connection with the incident. It’s described as a black Ford F-150 Crew Cab pickup truck from between 2009 and 2015 with an off-set front licence plate on the driver’s side with a dark plate cover, police said.
