CLINTON COUNTY — A Cameron man made his first court appearance in Clinton County Monday for charges stemming from an incident on Nov. 28.

Kevin W. Piatt is charged with first-degree property damage, unlawful use of a weapon and leaving the scene of an accident.

In a probable cause statement Piatt is accused of being intoxicated when he allegedly drove through two fences on the victim’s property and fired shots in the area.

Bond is currently denied.
