A young man is charged with second-degree murder and attempted murder following a weekend homicide in a Lambton County retirement community near Lake Huron.
Lambton OPP were called around 1:40 p.m. Saturday to a home in Lambton Shores, where a person was found dead and a second person was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
Justin Hack appeared in court Sunday by video from Lambton OPP headquarters in Petrolia. Hack, who said little other than he was tired, was told he is charged with the second-degree murder of Kimberley Hack, the attempted murder of Thomas Organ and assault with a weapon, a knife, on Nancy and Peter Gosnek.
