MAKAKILO, Hawaii (Island News) – A man has been arrested after allegedly brandishing a firearm during a road rage incident in the Makakilo area on Sunday night.
According to the Honolulu Police Department (HPD), officers were dispatched to Palahia St. around 10:19 p.m. when a 26-year-old woman reported that she had been involved in a road rage incident.
The woman claimed that during the encounter, the driver of the other vehicle leaned out of his window and displayed a black handgun.
Police officers were able to locate the suspect’s vehicle on Makeke St. HPD arrested a 20-year-old man for Terroristic Threatening in the First Degree.
No injuries were reported in this incident.
