CINCINNATI —
A man is accused of leaving the scene of a crash that killed a Moeller High School student in October.
According to court documents, 29-year-old Jehoshua Spence has been charged in connection with the crash that killed 15-year-old Dylan Straughn. Advertisement
On Oct. 5, while riding his bike on Colerain Road, Dylan was hit and killed by a driver who police say left the scene.
Dylan was a sophomore at Moeller High School , where he was involved in marching band, theater and volleyball.
According to court documents, Spence’s driver’s license was suspended when the crash happened.
On Monday, a grand jury indicted Spence on two charges, including a felony of failing to stop after a crash. A charge of aggravated vehicular homicide was initially brought but turned down by
