Wellington County OPP said no charges were laid after an SUV slammed into a hydro pole in Cambridge.

OPP said on Sunday, at approximately 8:15 p.m., officers responded to a single-vehicle collision on Townline Road, at Concession 1.

Police said an SUV hit a hydro pole near the intersection, and the road was closed while Hydro One repaired the pole. Road closed signs were still up Monday afternoon, though no work was being done.

There were no reported injuries, OPP said.
