CARTERVILLE, Ill. (WSIL) -- A boil water order has been issued for certain customers in Carterville on Monday.
Carterville city officials alerted the public around 5 p.m. about the isolated boil water order which is for all customers living on or north of Sycamore Road.
The order is in effect until further notice.
