Holiday tree tips offered from IFFD

With the glow of the season all around, the Idaho Falls Fire Department urges residents to make safety central to their holiday traditions.

According to the National Fire Protection Association and the U.S. Fire Administration, holiday tree fires cause an average of 240 home incidents each year in the United States, resulting in injuries, deaths and millions of dollars in property damage.
