ALLEN PARK — If the Detroit Lions managed to handle business in Week 13, Jameson Williams potentially could have walked away with the Fox Madden Thanksgiving MVP award or, at worst, a game ball from Dan Campbell.
The speedy receiver finished last Thursday’s game at Ford Field with a career-best seven receptions for 144 yards and one touchdown — his third 100-plus-yard receiving game of the season.
