During its Nov. 19 meeting, the Conseil scolaire du Grand Nord (CS Grand Nord) reaffirmed its confidence in its leadership team by re-electing Francine Vaillancourt and Anne-Marie Gélineault to the positions of chair and vice-chair, respectively.

Vaillancourt, a school board trustee for the Greater Sudbury region, will serve a second consecutive term as chair. Gélineault is a school board trustee for the Greenstone and Thunder Bay regions.

This unanimous re-election sends a strong signal of stability and strategic leadership. It demonstrates the renewed confidence of the council members in the vision and commitment of the two leaders.
