If the lights coming on at Christmas Island marks the start of the holiday season in “the only town on Lake Cumberland,” then the Burnside Christmas Parade is what really kicks it into high gear.

This weekend will be a parade lover’s delight in Pulaski County, as the Burnside Christmas Parade will be held on Friday evening, December 5, leading into the Somerset-Pulaski County Chamber of Commerce event on Saturday.
